This book curated and written by local climber Guillaume Charton is the culmination of 20 years of climbing in the region and the 4th edition in a series of Queenstown climbing guidebooks. Thanks to the collaboration of local climbers, information is as accurate as it can be. About the author:
Guillaume Charton’s first visit to Queenstown in 2001 ignited a lifelong passion for climbing in all its forms—rock, boulders, mountains, and ice within the stunning Wakatipu region. Inspired by the area's natural beauty, he also developed a love for photography and filmmaking, leading to four Queenstown climbing guidebooks starting in 2008. Guillaume has contributed to national and international publications, and created seven films showcased at the New Zealand Mountain Film Festival. Guillaume has also established hundreds of climbs in the area. A dedicated advocate for responsible climbing, Guillaume has tackled access issues, crag and climb maintenance, and worked to protect the region's biodiversity. His efforts include founding the Queenstown Climbing Club and the Remarkables Trails Trust.

As a general rule, orders will be dispatched from our Queenstown store, on the next business day after payment is received. Sometimes, we might achieve same day dispatch, however this is not guaranteed. All orders are freighted via standard security freight, utilising several different Third Party couriers. The courier used will depend on product ordered and the delivery address. Dispatch will usually take 1-3 business days from leaving our store. Freight for items/destinations outside of normal regions, should be negotiated prior to dispatch.
Click and Collect - With online purchases, the customer has an option to personally collect from our NZSHRED store at 19 Shotover Street, Queenstown. These purchases are freight & handling free-of-charge.
Please note all solid Watersports boards (eg: Paddleboards, Surfboards, Wakeboards & Skates) are generally Click and Collect ONLY. We can on occasions quote on freighting of these to New Zealand destinations. This cost will be 100% incurred by the customer.
