Refund policy

We appreciate that sometimes things may not be quite as you expected.

For this reason, we have a 7 day Return Policy on items purchased Instore or Online.

This means, you have 7 days from purchase date instore or delivery of your online purchase, to contact us requesting to Exchange or Return the product. Once we hear from you, we will issue you with a Return Number (RA#) and you can forward the product back to us, at the customers expense.

All Returns must be received in the equivalent state they were dispatched to you, ie: all tags and packaging still attached.

From receipt of the returned item/s, we can then either Exchange at your request or Refund for online purchases, excluding freight costs. Return freight for Exchanges will be incurred by the customer. Refunds can only be made to the same payment pathway as the original purchase.

We do not accept Returns on Underwear, Swimwear, Gift Vouchers or items purchased On Sale (at a discounted price from RRP).
