CarbonStringers
Carbon is incredibly lightweight and delivers explosive pop, quick edge response, and exceptional dampening at high speeds. By incorporating carbon fiber stringers into the board’s construction, we can fine-tune the flex and elevate your ride to the next level. We strategically place carbon stringers in specific areas of the board to fine-tune the feel of each model.
Biax Laminate
A traditional two-way weave that is light, strong and playful; it keeps the board snappy without adding torsional stiffness, which is great for creative riding.
D.R.S.T. Super Tubes
D.R.S.T (Dual Radial SuperTube™) - Similar to DST but with four extra Super Tubes (six in total) running alongside the rails of the snowboard, delivering extra energy directly to the edges.
So this is a tricky area. A lot of variation based on riding style, ability, gender; some boards your ride a little shorter or longer than standard. But use this chart as a good basis, and feel free to get in touch about any specific board sizing for your needs.
To decide between two sizes, choose the smaller size if your priority is maneuverability and freestyle performance, choose the larger size if you're focused on riding fast and powder performance. A shorter board will be easier to turn and a longer board will offer better float and stability riding off-piste.
